Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 HOURS of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders through trusted private courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

3–7 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if your product arrives physically damaged during transit:
- Make an unboxing video of the product to help us verify damage claims
- You must notify us within 24 HOURS of delivery.
- Please share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
No Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect model selection
- Compatibility issues (unless specified)
- Minor cosmetic packaging damage
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
